Delete your LittleStems account

LittleStems is made by Keystone Dev Studio Ltd. You can delete your account and everything stored in it at any time. Deletion is immediate, and it cannot be undone.

From inside the app

1. Open LittleStems and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
3. Confirm. Your records are removed from our servers and from your phone, and you are signed out.

If you pay for Premium, cancel the subscription in Google Play or the App Store first. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, and you would keep being billed.

If you no longer have the app

Email hello@littlestems.app from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request and delete the account within one month, usually within two working days.

What is deleted

• Every child profile: name, sex, date of birth, due date, prematurity, and any pacing preferences.
• Every milestone, first, saying, note, and date you recorded.
• Every photo, video, and voice recording you backed up.
• Your login, including any Google or Apple sign-in linked to it. The same data on the phone you deleted from is cleared as well.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records. Google Play or the App Store keeps its own record of anything you bought, under its policies. Our billing provider keeps a copy tied to a random id, with no name, email, or child data in it. We keep those for as long as accounting law requires, then they are removed.
• Usage analytics. Anonymous events such as “milestone logged”, tied to a random id and never containing anything you typed. Email us if you would like these removed too.
• Questions Ask could not answer. Kept with names removed and linked to nothing, so we can write the missing answer. They cannot be traced back to you.

Deleting some things without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your account to delete your data. Each of these removes the item from your phone and from our servers straight away, with the same retention notes as above for purchase records and analytics:

• A child, with everything recorded for them: Profile › Manage children › Remove.
• A milestone: open it and tap Remove log. A photo or video attached to it can be removed on its own from the same screen.
• A first or a saying: open it and tap Delete.
• Anything else, or if you no longer have the app: email hello@littlestems.app and say what you would like removed.
